Recipes with a taste of the sea: tradition and innovation

In this session, Paco Pérez will cook with Galician products supplied by A Mar es espectacular, a canning company founded by Gemma and Carles Sánchez Llibre, whose goal is to protect the oceans. 
At the end of the session, there will be a tasting of the dishes prepared.
