Biography
He left his biology studies to devote himself to cooking, honing his skills at the Michelin-starred restaurants Angle and Abac in Barcelona, which specialise in pastries. His professional career includes positions at renowned restaurants in Helsinki such as Chez Dominique and Olo, as well as experience in hotels, where he developed valuable knowledge of team management. Before opening Nolla, his most recent position was as chef at the Grön restaurant, named Helsinki Restaurant of the Year in 2017.Sessions
