Biography
(Barcelona, 1969). He holds a degree in Journalism from the UAB and is currently section head of the Society Section at La Vanguardia, a newspaper where he has worked for over 30 years. He has always had a B-side to his work in gastronomic communication, which has led him to launch various initiatives such as blogs and magazines. He is the author of two books, Comer sin pedir permiso (Eating Without Asking Permission, Rosamerón, 2024) and Esmorzar de forquilla (Fork Breakfast, Cosetania, 2025). He promotes the Esmorzapp app, about fork breakfasts in Catalonia, which has already been downloaded by nearly 70,000 people, and publishes the irregular newsletter Reflexiones de un gastrónomo angustiado (Reflections of an Anxious Gastronome).Sessions
