He trained at the Escuela de Hostelería Hofmann in Barcelona. He later worked with Josep Maria Rodríguez at La Pastisseria Barcelona, before joining the elBarri group. He is currently the pastry chef at Enigma and is part of Gelato Collection, the ice cream parlour he opened with Albert Adrià.
