    Graduated in Fine Arts and a third-generation baker, Daniel Jordà has fused his passion for art with creative baking at his establishment, Panes Creativos, in Barcelona. His innovative breads, daring pairings, and exploration of new ingredients have made him a national and international reference in the sector. He is particularly recognized for his role in popularizing the Italian Panettone, earning awards such as the International Panettone World Cup.
