    Baker with extensive professional experience, also working as a trainer and advisor for small and medium-sized businesses in the bakery sector. Member of the Spanish bakery team for the Mondial du Pain 2023, where he won the award for the best pastry in the world.
    Individually, he has received several accolades, including the Best Creative “Coca” 2023 and the Best Catalan Country Bread 2022.
