    Biography

    Leader of the major project elBullirestaurante alongside Juli Soler and Albert Adrià.

    With numerous international awards, he holds five honorary doctorates from different universities around the world. Author of more than 60 books and audiovisual projects, creator of exhibitions that have traveled the world, creator of concepts and business models, he has been an advisor to more than 20 companies, has carried out projects to disseminate knowledge about management for the gastronomic restaurant sector together with CaixaBank, and has been a global ambassador for Telefónica since 2010.

    Adrià has a wide-ranging influence in the restaurant industry, the food industry, product design, education, publishing and audiovisual media, the art world, management, and innovation.
