    Biography

    Guillem and his father Paco Pérez champion the haute cuisine of Mar d'Amunt, which stretches from Cap de Creus to Cap Cerbère. The sea is ever-present in their cuisine, which uses both local ingredients and those from other parts of the peninsula, prioritising quality to showcase the region.
