    Biography

    He is a journalist and director of El Comidista, a food channel in the newspaper El País, YouTube and other social networks. He has collaborated on the radio programmes Hoy por Hoy (Cadena Ser) and Gente despierta (RNE); he went on to direct El Comidista TV on laSexta, and presented Banana Split, a music and food programme, on TVE's La 2 channel. He learned to cook from his mother and later at the Hofmann School, and has just published his fourth recipe book, Cocina de aquí para gente de hoy (Salamandra).
