Raül Balam Ruscalleda is a Catalan chef renowned for his creative reinterpretation of high-end Mediterranean cuisine. The son of the prestigious chef Carme Ruscalleda, he works closely with her, co-managing the Moments* restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona.
