Culinary technician, graduate in tourism, master's degree in innovation in culinary and gastronomic heritage tourism management. Director of the interdisciplinary degree in culinary and gastronomic sciences, teaching at the Food Campus of the University of Barcelona and at the CETT-UB Campus. Academic coordinator, on behalf of CETT-UB, of the Interuniversity Degree (UB-UVIC) in food systems design, with ELISAVA and CETT.
