Masó and Marc Ribas will teach participants how to prepare iconic dishes that are in danger of disappearing, such as Bacalao a la grandi colloni (cod), chicken with lobster, and Cim i tomba (braised pork with tomatoes).
    After the sessions, participants will be invited to taste the dishes prepared.
